Within organizations, I specialize in supporting companies in their evolutionary adoption of Agile and Lean ways of working and in the improvement of their business performance. I believe for any methodology adoption to be successful , the teams need to be brought on the journey, simply enforcing the change from the top will have limited success. I work with the people in the team, both on a one to one basis, and as a collective team , to to understand what is important for them, how to have real conversations, to get the challenging topics on the table. I am currently researching Tribal Leadership along with the 5 dysfunctions of a team to create a framework for supporting teams becoming amazing teams.
